Stamp Act

A few years have passed since the coronation and unrest is brewing in Boston. News of the Stamp Act, a tax on paper, has lead to rioting in the streets. People who blame the Lieutenant Governor Thomas Hutchinson for allowing the Stamp Act march on his home. 

Theophilus fearfully listens to the house being ransacked from his nearby home. He wonders why the people would think Hutchinson is responsible for the Stamp Act, as he told Theophilus himself that he finds the tax unfair. He hopes his friend and relative is safe.
